Our Story…

Salmon River Partners is the evolution of a family investment office originally founded in 2009. Today, Salmon River Partners has multiple operating partners, and our investments have ranged from aviation to environmental process equipment, to laboratory sciences.

Our investment arena is primarily within the venture capital and lower-middle market private equity.  We materially invest in every opportunity and are patient stewards of capital. We also prefer to be earlier investors in the company rather than just another tranche participant.

Markedly different than most other investment firms, the people at Salmon River Partners are also business owners. We believe this creates a synergistic relationship with our investment partners; business owners that truly know the challenges running a company beyond the financial spreadsheets.

We focus on wholesome partnerships with straightforward, win-win terms while steering away from opportunities and people that prefer heavy financial and legal engineering. Our investors are in capable hands.

The Partners of Salmon River are located throughout the United States with offices in Boston, Houston, Las Vegas, Anchorage, and Salt Lake City.
