Bryan Leavitt

Founder & Managing Partner

Mr. Leavitt is co-founder of Salmon River Partners and manages both the firm’s investment activities and relationships with the limited partners.

 Additional roles include directorships at Nevada Medical Laboratory, Palm Exteriors Corporation, and Flamingo Trailer, the first two being current, venture capital investments of Salmon River Partners.

 Prior to Salmon River Partners, Mr. Leavitt has been Managing Partner at Fountainhead Investment Partners, and held numerous C-level and Vice President positions in industrial manufacturing, distribution, and environmental service companies.  A combination of fifteen years in private equity and venture capital coupled with another twenty years in operating companies, has given Mr. Leavitt a sharp investment acumen to guide Salmon River.

 Mr. Leavitt received a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and MBA certificate from the Stephen Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.

 
 

David Farmer

Founder & Operating Partner

David currently serves as President of an investment holding corporation. As a founding member at Salmon River Investment Partners, David brings significant experience from previous positions including President, Chief Commercial Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Board member, in the United States and several important international markets including, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Venezuela, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Material Science from Arizona State University along with Graduate certificates in strategy, finance, and marketing from Oxford University Saïd Business School, IMD Business School, and Columbia University School of Business.

 
 

Ben Weber

Operating Executive

Mr. Weber joined Salmon River Partners in 2022 and focuses on proprietary deal pursuit and overall business development for the firm.  Years of executive leadership positions coupled with Mr. Weber’s knowledge of energy services and environmental sciences will give him a head start in this role. 

Prior executive roles for Mr. Weber include President and Co-founder of Gryphon Oilfield Solutions, and earlier in his career, Director - VP Sales at Baker Hughes, responsible for $6 billion in annual sales.  In this later position, Mr. Weber worked across numerous oilfield services ranging from pressure pumping, to completions, to upstream chemicals.

 Additional accomplishments include two published papers in the areas of well fracturing and permeability. 

 Mr. Weber graduated from The University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and completed a leadership course at Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
